CROFT provided the US Navy Research Laboratory full A/E design and construction management services for two separate 13.6 meter Ka‐Band satellite communications terminals.

These systems included a 1.8 meter S‐Band antenna, ring wall, radome, computer room, equipment enclosures, and ancillary structures at the Naval Computers & Telecommunications Site, Guam.

CROFT services included site investigation, cost estimating, survey, UXO, geotechnical, permitting, mechanical, electrical, structural, architecture, fire protection, intrusion detection, communications, commissioning, back‐up power, subsurface utilities, and site civil.

In addition to providing full A/E design CROFT provided construction management services, acting as the design-build contractor’s quality assurance agent throughout construction.
