GENERAL DESCRIPTION
The Operations Analyst supports overall operations at CROFT, assisting the Director of Operations in generating, training, and ensuring accountability for CROFT standards, systems, and policies within Smartsheet. This role involves maintaining CROFT data related to projects, marketing, and construction administration. Additionally, the Operations Analyst is responsible for training internal staff, external partners, and clients on Smartsheet usage. As an advocate for all processes and standards within Smartsheet, the Operations Analyst gathers and reports CROFT project and business unit information to the Operations Manager. Furthermore, the Operations Analyst contributes to researching new tools and plugins within Smartsheet to enhance CROFT’s efficiency.

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
- Leads and/or assists with overall CROFT space planning to accommodate existing and new personnel across all offices in all regions
- Manage overall CROFT project database, including schedules, performance, revenues, and profitability
- Provide regular scorecard metrics and reports for the Director of Operations
- Assist Project Managers and Accounting Department with properly setting up new projects in Smartsheet
- Maintain project information in Smartsheet, providing weekly updates
- Develop tools and procedures to improve efficiency for business development, project managers, and construction administration across the company
- Ensure teams are adhering to project closeout policy by coordinating meetings and holding others accountable for following project closeout procedures
- Assist Project Managers with project tasks including game plan setup, documentation, construction administration, consultant coordination, and logistics
- Follow CROFT file management procedures in maintaining project documentation

- Experience in an operations, consulting, or analyst role preferred
- Bachelor’s degree preferred
- Proficient knowledge of Microsoft Office required
