We have some very exciting news!
Jose Rodriguez who is our full-time employee; on top of being a full-time student, had his work chosen for the 31st Annual National Conference on Undergraduate Research which took place at the University of Memphis, April 6-8, 2017. He was chosen out of over 4,000 submissions from all across the United States and this year had the highest number of rejected applicants. This conference showcases the best in undergraduate research and the creative and performing arts and we are so very excited for Jose. He made his way to Memphis this past weekend to talk about his thesis in a prestige classroom presentation.

The National Conference on Undergraduate Research was in established in 1987 and is dedicated to promoting undergraduate research, scholarship, and creative activity in all fields of study by sponsoring an annual conference for students. This gathering of up to 2,000 young scholars welcomes presenters from all institutions of higher learning and from all corners of the academic curriculum.
Through this annual conference, NCUR creates a unique environment for the celebration and promotion of undergraduate student achievement, provides models of exemplary research and scholarships, and helps to improve the state of undergraduate education. Click here for their Facebook page.
