Master Planning

Future-proofing Client Mission

Master planning is essential to the success of partnering with our clients, building a bridge from their current land utilization to the future requirements of their mission.

Key items in master planning include assessment of the present land use relative to the best possible use, the desire to explore the best plan for the site, siting new buildings and expansion of others, consideration of the potential acquisition of additional property, infrastructure, and the potential impact of adjacent property.

With our expertise, we help you navigate the options at your disposal.

Foundation of the Design Process

At CROFT master planning is the foundation of the design process and is the framework upon which the project is organized. Our designers examine every element of the plan, considering the project in its entirety and how it performs with the site.  A holistic study of the site includes an examination of the essential elements including infrastructure, ingress, egress, surrounding community, local restriction, and building style among others. Master planning plays a vital role in every project working to ensure the success of every project.
