Jeff has exceptional experience in mechanical-electrical-plumbing design, energy conservation audits, building condition assessments, and facilities engineering. Jeff has designed hundreds of facilities with construction budgets ranging from $50,000 to $50 million and has performed multi-disciplinary engineering assessments on over 15 million square feet of facilities worldwide.

Jeff has worked in a variety of engineering leadership roles including managing multi-site federal designs, large scale energy auditing programs, and private sector mechanical-electrical-plumbing design projects. An engineering graduate of the University of Florida, Jeff began his career as a facilities engineer at the NASA Kennedy Space Center and as a consulting engineer has traveled to more than 20 federal installations around the world in support of AFCEE, USACE, GSA, NPS, and VA design and engineering programs.

Although most of his adult life has been spent in the Southeast, Jeff grew up in a military family and has lived throughout the United States, Europe, and the Pacific. Jeff is committed to maintaining a healthy work-life balance and enjoys participating in his local church community. Jeff has been on a number of mission trips at home and abroad in the Dominican Republic and Brazil. Jeff and his wife Rebecca have two sons and spend much of their free time with extended family, usually congregating around barbeque grills.
