CROFT provided comprehensive planning, site investigation, and full AE design to support the construction of four high-security satellite communications facilities in Guam. Designed with redundant electrical/mechanical systems, UPS and generator back-up, data room for communications hardware, ring wall, and multi-pile deep foundation for 13.6-meter antenna, security and anemometer towers, radome structure, and high security protective spaces to meet rigorous AT/FP standards.
