CROFT provided full architectural, engineering, and master planning services for the 56,100 SF Hephzibah Innovation Center. This city-owned facility, aimed at developing local capacity in sustainable agriculture, foreign languages, and nuclear technology includes 40 classrooms, a cafeteria, administration offices, a media center, and outdoor recreational fields. The US Green Building Council of Georgia awarded this facility the 2015 Green Apple Award.
