The HGTC Marine Technology Center is the only training facility of its type in the state as part of an initiative to provide a much-needed workforce curriculum. The 25,000 SF facility houses a Boat Building Lab, Outboard Motor Maintenance Lab, and classrooms and support spaces, including a lamination/painting booth and observation areas.
