CROFT is providing design and engineering services to transform Bonner Hall into a 4,500-square-foot Maker Space to provide a collaborative environment for students’ projects. This project involves extensive renovations, including exterior updates, a new entry, and the addition of restrooms. Systems upgrades will connect the HVAC system to the central energy plant and piping, and update electrical, lighting, and plumbing fixtures.
