The project provided interior upgrades at both GPTC’s Clarkston and Newton campuses. Both spaces were in need of upgrades to create a modern feel and a more welcoming environment for the students. The programmatic desire of the campus is to create a sense of place and arrival, and a “one stop-shop” experience for the students. The interior renovation strategically focuses on the main entries and high impact areas to maximize the available budget.
The work at both campuses is centered on the main entry, student spaces, and conference spaces. The scope of work consists of changing flooring, ceilings, paint, finishes, and lighting, with minor changes to electrical, HVAC, plumbing, and fire protection systems.
